Meet Sean

 I am a fourth generation Seattleite. I grew up in Kirkland & then attended both Seattle Prep in Seattle and Bellevue High School. I am a graduate from the University of Washington and the son of a 28 year Windermere agent. An entrenpreneur, I sucessfully operated an insurance claims company for 8 years before focusing full time in real estate. I understand business, relationships and service. I work mostly by referral from clients who benefited from and enjoyed our relationship. My passions center around the water and being with my family and friends exploring the San Juan Islands and the Canadian waters.

Becoming your realtor for life is my goal. I bring a commitment to meeting your personal Real Estate investment needs with attention to detail and the down-to-earth attitude of a person who truly enjoys building lasting relationships. I am up to date on all current technologies and receive continued training. 13 years as a small business owner taught me tough, but non-adversarial negotiating skills. Whether buying or selling, your interests are fully represented. I am the a recpiant of the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, held by only 4% of agents nation-wide.  This translates into a higher degree of knowledge and ability to serve my clients.

It has been my pleasure to have been active in Real Estate & sales since the early 1980's. The majority of my business has always come from referrals by clients who appreciate my personal attention to their business. As a second generation Windermere agent, I was raised to understand the nature of client agent relationships and the art of the Real Estate transaction. I am committed to professionalism and service above your expectations and I love working with my clients and sharing in the home investment experience!

Recently, my own home was awarded the exclusive 5 Star award by the Built Green division of the Master Builder's Association.  This award recognizes the use of non toxic materials such as glue and dyes as well as a superior level of energy efficiency and small carbon footprint.  We are thrilled by this achievement.
