My name is Sean Goddard and I am a full time professional real estate agent, I offer my clients the benefits of my extensive training and ongoing education beyond the average agent. This site was designed to provide easy to use yet comprehensive tools including property search and buyer's and seller's tools while also giving you a bit of a picture of who I am as an agent. I have lived in and around Seattle and the Eastside communities and serve each of my clients with a knowledge of the neighborhoods that goes beyond the numbers.
